Overview

In total the Artful Dodger comprises 35 high quality, spacious, well equipped, student rooms each with an ensuite shower room. The Artful Dodger comprises two separate accommodation blocks next to each other, one accommodating 18 students and the other accommodating 17 students. Each building has its own entrance door.

Cluster Flats / Apartments

The Artful Dodger provides 6 independent cluster flats / apartments. Each cluster flat comprises either 5 or 6 single occupancy rooms, all with ensuite shower rooms. Each flat has a shared large kitchen/diner, laundry facilities and soft seating area with TV. The flats are spacious and comfortable, private and sociable giving you the choice to live your best student life.

The cluster flats are spread over 3 floors (one per floor) in two adjacent buildings.

Group share with friends
If sharing an apartment with friends, based on the above weekly rental, the monthly group rentals are:

5 – bedroom apartment – £4,010.00 per month
6 – bedroom apartment – £4,812.00 per month
