Please note that due to the close proximity of the Artful Dodger House (5 minutes walk) to Exeter University Campus, Exeter St Davids Station and Exeter City itself, the Artful Dodger House is extremely popular with 2nd and 3rd year students, we only have 35 beds available and two studio flats, all of which are currently fully booked for the 2026/27 academic year.

However, completing the form will ensure you are placed on our 2027/28 availability listings. Our agent, Winkworth, will then contact you and offer you a contract as and when bookings open.

Please note: registering your interest now does not commit you in any way and places you under no obligation, as we fully appreciate you may not yet be aware of your final choice of University; however, it will provide you with peace of mind that you have an early option to secure a reservation should you wish to do so when offered at a later date.

Please bear in mind that if you seek university accommodation within walking distance of the Exeter campus, you would be wise to register your interest early, as close proximity to the university is a priority for most students; registering your interest now will provide peace of mind and avoid disappointment.
